What this site is

Davos Events is an index. Davos meeting week produces hundreds of side events across dozens of venues, published in scattered places — organiser sites, calendars, spreadsheets, PDFs, social posts — in inconsistent formats, and much of it disappears once the week ends. We gather what is publicly published, put it in one structure, and make it searchable.

The value we add is arrangement: one shape for an event, cross-referenced to its venue, host and topic, so that a week which is otherwise unnavigable can be read in one place. The underlying facts are not ours, and we do not present them as ours.

We do not own the content or the images

Almost nothing on this site originates with us. The events are run by their organisers. The venues are owned and operated by their owners. The organisations and people listed have their own websites, their own words and their own trademarks. The photographs belong to whoever took them. None of it is published on anyone's behalf, or with their endorsement, unless it says so.

Where we have gathered public facts into a structured record, we claim no ownership of those facts. Company names, event names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify what they refer to.

The narrow exception, stated so this page is accurate rather than merely modest: the guides written for this site, the descriptions we wrote ourselves, and the arrangement of the directory are our own work. That is the whole of what we claim, and we claim nothing in the material underneath it.

Where the information comes from

None of these sources are ours. The 2026 side-event archive was extracted from davosaccess.com, then widened with programmes published by the Geneva Environment Network and Arctic Basecamp, venue locations from the illuminem Davos venue map, house addresses from StartingUpGood's WEF houses guide, and meeting dates and themes from Wikipedia. The 2025 archive comes from a single spreadsheet, the "Davos 2025 Complete Events List" published by Davos Premier.

Official World Economic Forum programme sessions are recorded separately from side events, because they are a different thing: they require Forum accreditation rather than a host's invitation.

Every archived record keeps the source it came from, and the datasets we publish carry that source as a column. Where a record is shown on this site, a link to the organiser's own page is included wherever one was published — their page, not ours, is the authority.

What we have not done

We have not independently verified every detail. Times, venues, capacities and access conditions change constantly in the weeks before the meeting and during the week itself, and a listing here can be out of date, incomplete, or simply wrong. Treat it as a pointer to the organiser, not as confirmation from them.

We do not fill gaps by guessing. Where a source published a session without saying how to get in, the access reads "unstated" rather than an assumption. Where two sources disagree about a venue's address, the record is marked as disputed and carries both answers instead of a chosen one. An empty field means we do not know, not that the answer is nothing.

Nothing here is an offer, an allocation or a guarantee of entry. Admission to invitation-only and application-only events is entirely at the organiser's discretion.

Photographs

We do not own any of the photographs on this site. They come from third parties and remain the property of their photographers and rights holders, and are used to illustrate the place or property they depict.

If an image is yours and you would rather it were not here, tell us and we will remove it. We would rather take a picture down than argue about it.

Corrections and removals

If something about you, your event, your venue or your organisation is wrong, out of date, or you simply do not want it listed, email hello@davosevents.co and we will correct or remove it. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to be the one who published it originally.

This applies to entries in the archives and to the downloadable datasets alike. A removal reaches both, because both are generated from the same records.

Using what we have compiled

The structured records are published openly as downloadable datasets at https://davosevents.co/datasets, with their sources and their gaps declared. You are welcome to use them; a link back is appreciated.

Doing so does not give you any rights in the underlying material, which belongs to whoever created it. If you intend to republish something substantial, go to the organiser or rights holder, not to us.
