It depends on what the week is for. If your days are spent in and around the Congress Centre, being able to walk there is worth more than square metres. If you are hosting, proximity to your venue matters more. If discretion is the priority, the Hillside or Klosters buys it.
On foot, mostly. The town is linear and the Promenade runs its length; security, road closures and traffic make short drives slower than walking them. The local train between Davos Platz, Davos Dorf and Klosters runs frequently and is often the fastest way to cover the longer hops.
Around two and a half hours by road in normal conditions, and longer on the Forum week arrival days. The train via Landquart is reliable and scenic and takes a comparable time. Helicopter transfers exist and are weather-dependent.
