What does a Davos concierge actually do?

Removes the logistics from the week. In practice: the property and its staffing, transfers and drivers, restaurant and private-dining bookings, event access, security where it is needed, and a contact who answers at two in the morning when a flight moves.

When should we start planning?

Earlier than feels necessary. Property and venue decisions made a year out are choices; the same decisions made in December are whatever is left. Programme details can stay open long after the bed is booked.

Are you available during the meeting itself?

Yes — the desk is staffed 24/7 through Forum week. That is the part of the service that matters most, because almost nothing about the week runs exactly to plan.

Can you handle a whole delegation?

Yes, including multiple properties, split arrivals, separate programmes per principal, and a single point of contact who holds the whole picture.
