When and where is the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2027?
The WEF Annual Meeting 2027 takes place January 18 – 22, 2027 in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland. Davos Events covers the full week and the days either side of it.
What does Davos Events do?
We are an independent concierge for the Davos week: handpicked places to stay, access to the dinners, receptions and roundtables that happen around the meeting, and help hosting your own event. You tell us what you need and we arrange it.
Is Davos Events affiliated with the World Economic Forum?
No. Davos Events is an independent concierge and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the World Economic Forum. Access to the official Annual Meeting is arranged solely by the Forum.
How do I book a stay or make an enquiry?
Browse the accommodations and side events, shortlist the ones you like, and send an enquiry. A Davos specialist replies personally by email or phone to confirm availability and details — the site itself does not take payment or issue bookings automatically.
Can you help with access to side events?
Yes — where an event allows it. Many Davos side events are invitation-only or capped, so access is never guaranteed, but we secure places where we can and manage the details for events you are hosting or attending.
Can I host my own event in Davos?
Yes. We help with venues, catering, staffing and guest management for private dinners, receptions and roundtables during the week. Start from the concierge page or send an enquiry describing what you have in mind.
Do I need an account?
No — you can browse and enquire without one. An account lets you save stays and events to a shortlist that follows you across devices, and keeps your enquiries in one place.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Accommodation around the meeting is limited and books out well ahead of the week, so the sooner you enquire, the more choice you will have.
