What does accommodation in Davos cost during the WEF?
Forum week is priced in a different market from the rest of the Davos calendar: a property that lets for a normal winter week can command several times that in January. Every listing here shows its own nightly rate in Swiss francs and its minimum stay, so you are comparing real numbers rather than a range.
How close to the Congress Centre do we need to be?
Closer matters more than most first-time delegations expect. The Promenade is the spine of the week and it is walked, not driven — traffic and security make short journeys slow. Every listing states its walking time to the Congress Centre for exactly this reason.
What is the difference between Davos Platz, Davos Dorf, the Hillside and Klosters?
Davos Platz holds the Congress Centre and most of the week's venues. Davos Dorf is quieter and a short transfer or train ride away. The Hillside buys you space, views and privacy at the cost of a drive. Klosters is calmer and more discreet again, around twenty-five minutes out, and is where several delegations prefer to sleep.
Is there a minimum stay?
