By train

From Zürich HB, most connections change at Landquart onto the Rhaetian Railway (RhB), the mountain line that climbs through the Prättigau valley via Klosters to Davos. The journey takes a little over two hours.
From Zürich Airport the journey usually runs via Zürich HB and Landquart, adding a short first leg; the live times above show the current options.
Davos has two stations on the line, Davos Dorf and Davos Platz. The Promenade runs between them — check which is nearer where you are staying.
Tickets are sold through SBB (app, website or station) and cover the RhB leg.

Roads and security during WEF week

During the Annual Meeting the Swiss authorities run a large security operation in and around Davos. In past years that has meant police checks on the roads into the valley, restricted zones around the Congress Centre, and heavy traffic, particularly at the start and end of the week.

The arrangements for each year are announced by the authorities and Davos Klosters closer to the meeting; this page does not restate them. Plan for delays if you drive, and consider the train.
