Partner programme · WEF Annual Meeting 2027
We are the booking and data layer over vetted supply for Davos week. Register your company, we verify its legal identity, and your accommodation, transport or concierge is shown with a name and a registration number — the transparent answer to a field that hides behind anonymous quotes.
Verified partners carry a registered legal name and number, checkable against a public registry — the transparent counterpart to the quote-only black box every rival hides behind.
We are where people plan their Davos week — stays, venues, transport and events in one place. Your supply sits in front of that audience rather than waiting on a cold enquiry.
You set what you offer and how it is described. We book over your supply as a data layer — we are not the operator, and we never resell under our own name.
Applying and being verified costs nothing. We confirm your legal identity, list you in the public directory, and keep the desk-to-partner conversation on one timeline.
What verification means
A verified partner is a real, identified legal business. We confirm your registered name and number against a public registry and link out to it, so anyone can check it themselves.
Where this comes fromWho we onboard
Chalets, hotels and serviced apartments for meeting week.
Chauffeur, airport transfer and fleet for the valley.
On-the-ground support, staffing and delegate logistics.
Private dining, catering and hospitality.
Venue hire, production and event delivery.
Close protection, access control and safety.
How it works
Create a free account and set up your organisation. A partner profile is owned by an organisation, so its owners and admins manage it together.
Enter your registered name and registration (UID) number, the registry it comes from, your country, a contact, and what you supply. Save a draft and finish later.
Submit for verification. The desk checks your registered details against the public registry, then lists you as a verified partner. The whole exchange stays on your timeline.

Answers
Any real, registered business that supplies Davos meeting week — accommodation, transport, concierge, dining, events or security. A partner profile is owned by an organisation on your account, managed by its owners and admins.
We confirm your company’s legal identity — its registered name and registration number — against a public registry, and link out to that entry so anyone can check it. We do not own, inspect or verify your individual listings, inventory or images. A verified-partner badge is never a claim that Davos vetted a specific property, car or table.
Your registered legal name, your registration or UID number and its registry, your country of registration, a contact name and email, and at least one service category. A registry link and a short description help but are optional. You can save a draft and complete it later.
Applying and being verified is free. Partners are the vetted supply we book over; we do not charge to confirm your identity or to list you in the public directory.
It depends on how quickly we can confirm your registered details against the public registry. Accurate legal name, registration number and registry link are the fastest path — the desk reviews each application rather than stamping it automatically, and you see every step on your timeline.
Your registered identity is frozen once you submit, because that is what the desk verifies against. If something needs correcting the desk can send it back with a note, and you can edit and resubmit.
