Private lounges · Davos 2027
Take over a space for the Annual Meeting — a branded lounge, hospitality suite or members' club steps from the Congress Centre, fully fitted and staffed for meetings, receptions and quiet corners between sessions.
Stays, lounges, rooms, cars and catering coordinated as a single plan for your week — not six vendors to chase.
Capacity, walking time to the Congress Centre and what's included — stated plainly, not hidden behind luxury adjectives.
Greener Davos access, security-zone logistics and the realities of a town at 1,560 m, handled by a team on the ground.

Location
The address is the asset during WEF. We hold and source spaces along the Promenade and the streets feeding the Congress Centre, each with its walking time stated so you can trade off visibility against cost.
Turnkey
Hand over a brand and a run-of-show; collect the keys to a finished space. We manage the fit-out, the furniture and the people so your team arrives to a room that works.
Programme
A lounge during Davos is a meeting room, a reception space and a refuge at different hours of the same day. We lay the space out so it can be all three.
Indicative capacities — the right format depends on the space and your programme.
20–60 guests · meetings and light catering
60–150 guests · receptions and daily programming
Full venue · multi-day, invite-only
2–12 guests · by the hour or the day

Davos has a fixed number of beds, lounges and vehicles, and the prime ones are typically committed by early autumn. The earlier you brief us, the more of your first choices are still open.
Answers
Spaces range from directly on the Promenade to a few minutes' walk. Each option we send lists its walking time so you can weigh location against budget.
Yes, subject to the individual lease and local rules. Interior branding, signage and fit-out are handled as part of the build; exterior and street-level branding depend on what the space and the municipality permit, which we confirm per site.
Yes. Coordinating badges, vehicle access and the Greener Davos requirements for spaces inside WEF security zones is part of the service.
