Messages from Davos Events come from one number, under the verified business name “Davos Events”. Anything else claiming to be us is not.
Our WhatsApp number is being set up. Until it is listed here, no WhatsApp message is from us.
One exception you choose yourself: if you allow it on a booking, that booking’s host can message you from their own verified WhatsApp Business number. Nothing else comes from any other number.
WhatsApp shows the business name “Davos Events” at the top of the chat. If a message comes from another number, or a personal name, do not answer it; forward it to us from the contact page.
Payments happen only on davosevents.co, from your booking page.
Link your number, choose what you get, or unlink it in your notification settings.
Reply STOP at any time and we send nothing more; START turns it back on. Write HELP for the menu, DESK for a person, and CANCEL to leave anything half-done.
What you ask the assistant is sent to Anthropic to answer it. If you reached us from one of our WhatsApp ads and then book, we tell Meta a booking came from that ad (the ad’s click id and the amount, never your name or number). We keep a log of the messages between you and us; it is part of your data export and is deleted with your account. Messages from people without an account lose their text after 90 days.
